An EDM campaign is a digital version of direct mail, whereby an HTML and text-based email is sent on Pets Playground letterhead to subscribers.

Pets Playground can send EDM campaigns on behalf of Business Partners to over 10,000 email subscribers. EDM campaigns must communicate a special offer for subscribers.

They are an affordable way of reaching internet savvy pet owners, as there are no postage or mail house costs involved. Pets Playground charges a $250 database access fee, and receives payment of 25 cents per email address (ex GST). EDM campaigns are subject to approval.

EDM collateral is to be supplied HTML-formatted and with all images.
