Please beware to the pet insurance company, Pet Cover. They stop taking payments out of your account which affects your policy. In my case, I picked up the error which means my pets have been uninsured for several months. Despite many attempts to resolve this problem, they will not respond to emails or phone calls. For me, this means that an old cat I have had insured for several years is no longer eligible for illness cover. The result is that possibly he will die at a later stage from an illness because I cannot afford the Vet bills.

I highly recommend that you steer clear of this company!
