Up until 3 months ago I had 2 healthy dogs, ages 7 and approx 3 I went out into the garden and found my big dog (Dalmation/Rottweiler. Lying down unable to move at all. A Tick?? NO!..
3 vets said a stroke ( Not heard of in Australia)After $700 and nothing done
except heaps of crap medication I searched the net. The answer. For some unknown reason this happens to some dogs
who are getting older.The only thing that can cure it is time.Maybe about 6 months, After a week she struggled to her feet, thin and sick She never ate or drank. I gave her small ammounts of food and water, She will never be the same again, she is now well, barks at strangers, she's happy, eats well but the spark has gone. To people out there and this has heppened to your dog, no medication will cure it, they do get over it.
