Woodbine Cottage Garden Unit  Enjoy sitting on the balcony overlooking the garden.

Bathurst is the Gateway to the West - a great base to make trips from, to visit the local villages, historic places and picnic spots. Bathurst is the first inland settlement, offering the beaty of our changing seasons, historic sites, good food and friendly people.
Our cottage is a single large room with queen bed and own bathroom. There are tea making facilities, TV, video etc. (A carpet cleaning fee is attached to booking irrespective of length of stay).

If your pet usually stays inside with you, then it is welcome inside at Woodbine Cottage. However, the following common sense rules apply:

1. That dogs be supervised at all times.
2. That dogs will not be left alone in the cottage or garden and dropping will be collected and disposed of in bin provided.
3. That the dogs will have their own bedding.
4. That dogs are not allowed on the furniture.
5. That owners check the premises (especially fencing) and satisfy themselves that it is safe for their dogs.
6. That any damage to the interior of the Cottage or garden will be paid for. To this end a credit card number will need to be provided.

We shall take all care to make your stay and that of your dogs enjoyable and safe but will not be liable for any problems associated with your pet during or after their stay in Woodbine Cottage @ Winter-Rose Cottage Bed and Breakfast.

Woodbine Cottage is within walking distance of the CBD. You'll enjoy the scenic River Walk, which takes about 40 mins. There are also BBQ facilities available on the river bank.
