This stunning luxury home is huge on style and decorated with an artists eye. The decor and construction has been influenced by the owners international travel. To come 4 metre high Kwila logs carved by local craftsmen from the Sepik River region in Papua Nuigini bound the house entry while an Asian appearance is a first impression. Grand high ceilings open into the entry to a 2 metre hallway with a view of the pool at the very back of the house.

A 6 foot fenced secure area for a small to medium dog if you wish to bring your 4 legged friend.Tasteful, top class furnishings and fittings through out with luxury and comfort in mind.Fully louvered for absolute ventilation. Kitchen dining and lounge viewing over deck and pool with 6 meter bi-folding door opening onto a huge timber covered Alfresco and BBQ. Spend endless hours entertaining or just relaxing.

Wrapped around the Alfresco is 13 meters of solar heated pool with a shallow beach entry and a Solar Heated Spa surrounded by timber decking for the days you wish to laze around the house. You don't have to go anywhere! Swim by night in the well lit pool and listen to the gentle sound of the fine water jets splashing into the pool.Granite and Marble are featured throughout the house.

While the quality European kitchen appliances including dish washer, solar dome convection microwave, invection cooktop with cookware to suit this new innovative style of cooking, an expresso coffee maker and a huge fridge / freezer with ice maker and chilled water.Each of the 3 large bedrooms has its own Plasma TV. A king bed, Queen bed and 2 singles with 2 trundles provides sleeping for 8. The master bedroom has an ensuite with duel shower plus a rain shower rose. The 2nd bedroom has its own private entry to the main bathroom which has a shower and separate bath.

Broadband internet for those who must bring their business with them is available in the office.Home Theatre System & Audio System with wiz bang features. Welcome to “SANTA MONICA” Dog Friendly Holiday House at Coolum Beach.Tropical gardens are a delightful oasis surrounding a huge tiled in-ground pool with loads of room for poolside entertaining or just relaxation. You will find that you could actually be in your own tropical island. This delightful area has been used for a wedding and reception and is a beautiful setting for entertaining and fantastic for any gathering of friends and family.The house is furnished to a high standard and comes highly equipped to ensure you enjoy your holiday to the full. There are also patrolled beaches, surf clubs, cafes and restaurants and all amenities within 5 minute walk.Your dogs and pets are welcome inside and will have the freedom and safety that will provide a wonderful, relaxing and stress free holiday for all your family. We do request that the dogs are clean and do not go on the furniture or beds.

The “Dog Friendly” property is fully fenced providing privacy, and your pets and children with suitable security to play and roam from to front gate to the back door. The back area can be gated off with the side gates to separate your pooches if need be or just keep them in the back area. Security screens are fitted to all doors and windows.We encourage our guests at the end of their stay to email us with Photos of their dogs and/or themselves and a short note to be included in our new Pethols website Dog Friendly Holiday Album.

What to Bring For your convenience basics such as coffee, tea, sugar, tea towels, cleaning products and toilet paper are supplied. Please bring the groceries you require remembering that local supermarkets are nearbyBeach necessities: beach towels, swim-wear, sunscreen, hats, sunshades, insect repellents.

A DVD/CD player is available so bring your favourites - a Video Ezy is nearbyGreat fishing and surfing are close by so remember your boards and rods. Remember to bring sufficient supplies of dog food. If appropriate a dogs blanket and basket together with your dog's favourite toys and a dog towel for the beach.
