THE BEACH HOUSE

is a 3 bedroom cottage with a very large spa, combustion fire and wood burning BBQ (wood supplied).  It includes CD/radio, TV/DVD/VCR, dishwasher and full laundry.  Timber floors are in the main areas, carpets in the bedrooms.  Two of the bedrooms have queen beds and singles in the third.  There are large decks back and front, both with outdoor furniture and there is a second shower and toilet.  Enjoying magnificent views of the bay, it is 2 kilometres from town and the beach is pet friendly (conditions apply).  Relax by the fire in winter and soak up the view or take a leisurely walk into town and enjoy a meal or coffee at one of the several waterfront eateries which welcome your dog if you sit outside.  We proudly display our prices so shop around and compare.

THE RIVERSIDE TOWNHOUSE

has a pet friendly, leash-free beach literally at the back door and conditions permitting, you can enjoy the 15 minute walk via the beach, into town.  Enjoy the magnificent views across the water where the night lights and sunsets are spectacular. It is calm water so perect for small children, fishing, sailing, kayaking etc.  The townhouse features gas heating and BBQ, reversible ceiling fan, in the lounge room and ceiling fans in the bedrooms.  It includes a CD/tape/radio, 68cm TV/DVD/VCR.  There is a queen in one room and a double with a single bunk above,  in the second bedroom. 

TARIFF $110-$214/night    $760-$1500/week     which covers up to 4 guests.

Both properties naturally have a microwave, electric blankets, pantry basics and many extras such as CD's, a children's video library, toys, games, books and toys for the beach. We provide a picnic basket, esky, hair dryer and free cot, high chair and baby bath on request. Linen is available for $12.50pp. There is also excellent mobile phone reception. Both properties are unfenced but dogs are allowed inside provided they are house trained and kept well groomed to minimise hair and sand. They must be kept off the furniture, including bean bags and it goes without saying that you must clean up after them. Treatment for ticks is recommended.  For health reasons you will have to bring all your pet's requirements. There is a local superette, take away and hair salon. Enjoy the beach at your doorstep, Mogo village and zoo, Birdland, bushwalking, fishing, golf, river cruises, fishing charters and hire boats.  We have two cinemas, several clubs, an expanding shopping centre and wonderful al fresco waterfront restaurants,  just a pleasant 15-20 minute walk away.
