Nestled in the sand dunes of Culburra Beach, this modern beach house accommodates two families or three couples.

Living Areas

Upstairs is open plan, with lounge, dining and kitchen spilling onto front and back decks to extend the living area. The gourmet kitchen features brand new appliances, cookware, crockery and glassware for indoor and outdoor dining, with the front balcony featuring a gas BBQ. The rear and lower decks lead to a bush landscaped yard.

Curl up on one of the comfortable lounges to view the large screen TV, watch videos or DVD's or listen to music. All windows and sliding doors have flyscreens to allow the sea breeze to flow without the annoyance of the insects. Quality curtains are also featured for privacy, control of sunlight and maintaining warmth during the winter months.  

Bedroom Configuration

The property sleeps a maximum of 10, and is suitable for up to three couples or two families. Upstairs are two carpeted bedrooms, each with queen sized bed and built-in robes. The master bedroom with its own TV / Video has a sliding door onto the back deck and the adjoining bathroom has two person spa and separate shower, whilst the front second bedroom adjoins the second bathroom.

Downstairs is tiled and has a further two bedrooms each sleeping three, and an additional bathroom. The larger room has a combined double bunk with single, whilst the smaller room has a single bunk and additional trundle.

Pillows and doonas are provided, please bring your own sheets and pillowcases as well as towels for bathroom and beach.
