4. Describe your holiday property

Complete each of the fields:

1. Brief description. This is what holiday seekers will see first, so make it count!
2. Full description. This is the text that will appear in your property listing page. Do not include your rates, availability or information about any specific room, as this will be addressed later in Rooms, Rates and Availability (section 9 of this guide)
3. Terms and Conditions. Include your terms and conditions of booking such as cancellation fees, check-in and check-out times, what happens in the event of property damage etc

Click the 'Apply changes' button at the top left of your screen. You will be given a message "Property listing saved!".

You can now click 'Apply changes' whenever you want to save your changes

Now click the 'Features' tab.
