Transactions
By booking accommodation online through www.petsplayground.com.au the Customer("you") agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Penalties for cancellations are at the discretion of individual holiday rental properties, and outlined in their Terms and Conditions of booking. All changes, including cancellations, will attract an administration charge (as shown on the booking sheet).
- Accommodation from Pets Playground is sold according to information provided by individual holiday rental properties. We accept no responsibility for room unavailability through holiday rental property management overbooking rooms.
- Holiday rental properties using Pets Playground may request photo I.D at check-in, plus a credit card to cover incidental charges.
- Pets Playground reserves the right to change information published on our website at any time. We accept no liability for omissions or errors.
- Pets Playground is an advertising and booking system. We make no guarantees about the suitability or accuracy of advertised products.
- Holiday rental property website links to Pets Playground remain the responsibility of individual holiday rental properties. Pets Playground cannot guarantee their ongoing accuracy.
- Pets Playground does not pay commission to Travel Agents on rooms booked.
- Pets Playground accepts no liablity for indirect or consequential loss actuated through the use of our website.
- To book accommodation on Pets Playground you need to be over 18 years old.
- Pets Playground terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
- By clicking 'Pay Now' you agree with all Terms and Conditions of purchase including those outlined by the holiday rental property.
